Aureon FAQ

What is the Aureon unit?

The Aureon is an advanced PEMF (Pulsed Electro-magnetic Field) device which includes the more subtle, yet effective, scalar fields, and initiates the healing response in people and animals. lt works chemically by the production of neurochemicals and antioxidants, and genetically by enhancing genes to do with regeneration. A major function is restoration of the immune response. The micro-currents produced are very easily accepted by the body in many different ways.

What conditions will the Aureon treat?

PEMF units have been used for over 30 years to treat stress, anxiety and depression, pain and inflammation and to enhance the healing of wounds and fractures.

Are there any side-effects from this type of treatment?

To date no side-effects have been recorded (quite apart from possible transient signs that detoxification and healing are in progress, such as pain from regenerating nerves, slight nausea, fatigue and skin rashes).  We recommend drinking a glass of water after a treatment and to drink water every day.  Be sure to eat pure, natural, organic food where possible, avoiding all sugar.

What is the best way to use the Aureon?

Simply hold against the afflicted site, if any, for the duration of treatment, which is normally 20 minutes. To a large degree, usage is also proving to be a whole-body treatment.

Do l feel anything during Aureon use?

Not generally, but there are exceptions. lf there is a bit of tingling or transient pain it’s a sign that the body is responding to the Aureon treatment. ln particular, if you are newly-exposed to this sort of therapy, initial detox systems may occur -in which case you may defer the next session until you feel more comfortable. This is a transient period and may last for three days at the most.

Can I overdo Aureon treatment?

ln general, no.  Each treatment is cumulative in its effect, but if you happen to own a unit then three 20-minute treatments per day will work fine. Pain control may necessitate more continuous application until the pain abates. Otherwise, one 20 minute treatment per week is OK since the body system continues its self-healing action for three days after a treatment.

Who is using PEMF devices?

PEMF units were approved for use on non-union fractures in the United States by the FDA in 1979. Since then, an ever-increasing number of doctors and specialists and also veterinarians have been using PEMF in their clinics because the science behind it is mostly well-known, there are no side-effects and no connection to the body is required.

Who can use the Aureon?

Anyone from the very young to the elderly can use PEMF safely and without negative side effects. The only possible contraindications are for those individuals with pacemakers, are pregnant or have epilepsy.  You could check with your medical practitioner whether it would be safe to be treated with the Aureon pulsing between 0 Hz – 5 KHz.
